What support is available?
Intelligent Point of Sale aims to provide, cost effective "best in class" support to all our customers.
Unlimited phone, email, live chat and online ticket support is included free of charge with all of our packages.

We aim to respond to emails and support tickets in the following timeframes:
Normal Priority: up to 4 working hours 7 days per week 10am-6pm
High Priorty: up to 3 working hours 7 days per week 10am-6pm
Critical Priority: 1 working hour, 7 days per week, 10am-6pm
In the event where a site visit is required the following charges apply in the UK:
Weekday Call out charge: £200+vat
Weekend Call out Charge: £350+vat
Thereafter: £25.00+vat per hour
