We moseyed down to our favourite fried chicken food truck, Mother Clucker, to ask them about how they utilise the intelligentpos system in their business. Based in the heart of the Brick Lane area in London at the Truman Brewery, just around the corner from Spitalfields, Mother Clucker slings tea-brined, buttermilk-soaked, twice-battered fried chicken from their cool and quirky converted US Army ambulance, as well as popping up a few times a week at King’s Cross, Canary Wharf and Canada Water.

Having been trading nigh on two years, the truck is well-travelled, serving up their unique yet traditional Southern flavour at pop up pubs, festivals, and foodie events, and their simple but mouth-watering menu hits the spot.
