If you wish to return a product to Intelligent Point of Sale LTD please read the following terms.

Return of products

If you have made a purchase by telephone or from our webstore you may return it 30 days with the following conditions applying:

  • All products must be in the original packaging and unopened.
  • A 10% restocking fee will apply.
  • The customer is responsible for organising deliver and the safe return of the purchased items.
  • Damaged goods will not be eligible for a refund.

Return of products for Repair

If you wish to return a product for repair, you will first need to obtain an RMA number. To do this please email support@intelligentpos.com

Once we have confirmed the RMA number, please mark this clearly on the outside of the box and please return it to us at the address given.

We aim to complete warranty repairs within 1 week (depending on manufacturer) and non-warranty within 2 weeks but this is not always possible if we have to order spare parts or return the product to the manufacturer for repair.

Refunds will be issued within five working days of receiving the hardware.
