We are pleased to announce the latest release of the intelligentpos app 4.3.2. This has been deployed and is now available for download in the App store or via your normal update path.

  • A count of no sales will now be available in the  X & Z reports for greater accuracy in end of day procedures.

Fiscal improvements to support Swedish regulatory requirements

  • Check receipt printer functions is now enabled before getting CCU code in Sweden
  • Swedish sales receipts in demo mode do not require a CCU code

New Features

We are delighted to announce the integration of an additional printer, the Epson ‘TM-T88VI printer.  This reliable, fast receipt printer with mobile connectivity, is easy to integrate with the intelligentpos system and provides users with greater choice of hardware.

Performance improvements
We are always working hard to improve the performance of intelligentpos and this release is no different.  Our engineers have spent time under the bonnet servicing the core, whilst this work may not be visible to you it will improve the system performance and smooth out some rough edges.


Feature enhancements

  • We have improved the  loading performance of the closed orders screen. The loading time for this screen will be reduced and make the procedure smoother for the operator.

Important Information For Elina PMS and PayPal Card Reader users:
As part of our ongoing efforts to improve and maintain our service we continually evaluate all of the features and integrations available within the intelligentpos ecosystem.

Unfortunately  this means, that in some cases,  we are no longer able to support certain low use features and integrations.  Due to the low volume of users, we will phase out our integration support for intelligentpos with PayPal Card Readers and Elina PMS.  We will continue to support customers using these services until 01 November 2017 but from v4.3 the integrations will no longer be active within the intelligentpos application.

PayPal - Important Info

Customers who wish to continue using their Paypal card reader with intelligentpos until end 1st November 2014 should not update to v4.3.  

Should you wish to continue using PayPal for card transactions with intelligentpos (after the 1st November) you will need to download the PayPal Here application. This will allow you to continue to use the PayPal service alongside intelligentpos. 

Downloading this application  will enable you to record the card transaction through your intelligentpos terminal using the default (non-integrated) card payment setting (see screenshot below).  Please note the the payment amount will need to be inputted manually into the Paypal Card reader for each transaction.
