If you are having an issue with your Barcode Scanner, exit the iZettle Pro app and go to the settings cog on the iPad. Select ‘Bluetooth’ and check whether the device is showing as connected or disconnected. If disconnected, tap on the ‘Socket Mobile CHS 7Ci’ for it to reconnect. If the connection still fails, hold down the small power button on the scanner, as the device may have gone into a stand by mode. After the reader has beeped, tap on the device showing on the Device list for it to reconnect.
