If you are experiencing issues with printers, the cash drawer, or card payments fail to connect, this will indicate networking problems.
If you have multiple WiFi networks in the area, the iPad may have connected onto a free open network. To check if this is the case exit the intelligentpos app and go into the iPads settings. If you see that you are connected on the wrong network, tap the small blue (i) next to the WiFi name and then select 'Forget Network'. Do this for all networks leaving only the network with the intelligentpos hardware on it.
If connected on the correct network, open a web browser on the iPad and search for any web site. If the page fails to load, power off the router for 10 seconds and then power it back on. After the router has been rebooted, all hardware will connect through.
