Before doing the following please make sure that you have connected the printer and have powered the printer on. The printer should be showing a solid green light, only at the front of the printer. To setup the printer within the application first log into the IntelligentPOS application and enter in your manager Pin number as shown in the image below.

Once you are logged into the application, tap on the 'Cog' in the top left had corner as shown in the image below:

Once you are in "Settings" on the left hand side, tap on ‘Printers’, this should display the screen with your printers that are connected, as seen in the image below. If you do not see any printers tap on the option to ‘Search for printers’.

Once the application has found the printers, tap on the Printer that matches the model number of your printer and you will be presented with this screen.

If this is your main bar printer you can name the printer as you see fit, and enable the options for ‘Standard receipts’ and ‘Cash drawer’, also tap on ‘Test print’ and ‘Test cash drawer’ to make sure that they are working correctly.

If you are setting up the 'Kitchen printer', be sure it is the correct printer. This one will not have 'Standard receipts' as an option. Please name it as you feel fit, as well as making sure that the ‘Kitchen receipts' is enabled as shown in the image below. Again please make sure the printer is working by tapping on ‘Test Print’

If needed, you can also change the amount of copies of recipets printed, by tapping on the ‘+’ or '-' buttons to the right of 'Kitchen reciepts'

If you would like to disable printing standard receipts, you can do this by tapping on the ‘Receipts’ option at the top of the screen and toggling the ‘Print sales receipt by default’ 'off' or 'on' depending on your needs.

If the application does not find the printers or if you see the red text banner at the top of the screen as seen in the image below:

You will need to go to ‘Config’, swipe down to the ‘Networking’ options and make sure that you are connected to the default network by tapping on ‘Set current WiFi network as default’, this will set the current network as your default in the application that the iPad is currently connected to.

Please ensure that the network you are connected to is the same network that the printers are connected to. If not, you will have to change the network the iPad is connected to by going into the iPad ‘Settings’, tap on WiFi and then make sure the iPad is connected to the correct network.
