How to update guide

Pre-install steps

  1. Make sure you attempt to update before or after end of business day
  2. Make sure the iPad has synced all data, products, etc
  3. Make sure all reports(this includes Z-report), cash-ups have been completed
  4. Make sure NO open orders are present - all table orders / saved orders must be paid off / abandoned

 

Update steps

  1. Login > Settings > Configuration > Send Database to intelligentpos
  2. Contact us and let us know you have completed step 1
  3. We will then migrate all of your products / categories / sales data / etc to our new structure
  4. Delete the app
  5. Install a new copy from the App Store
  6. Login
  7. Set all printers / configurations on the Terminal
