As part of our efforts to continually improve our product we are pleased to confirm that the latest iZettle Pro app update, v 4.4,1 has now been deployed.
 
Here’s the  list of what’s included in this update:

  • Fixed a number of bugs associated with the search function
  • Added additional items to the z report
  • Making tax presentation on receipts in Sweden switched on and their configuration disabled.

We are experiencing an issue which caused the iZettle Pro app to crash. 

 

Our technical team are investigating and we will restore functionality As soon as possible. 

As a workaround, the app will work, if your iPad is in Airplane mode - although receipt printing will be affected.

 

We will update this page as soon as the incident has been resolved. 

 

 

UPDATE - 06-11-15:45

The issue has now been resolved. Please allow time for the terminals to synchronise the data.

  • Grey out Online Orders button on POS Functions for non-participating countries

  • Disable Verifone integration option in integrations on the iPad for non-UK countries
